Promotion Path:

  • Team Member (2 months):
  • Starting Hourly Wage: $18 per hour
  • Weekly Pay: $540
  • Team Lead (90 days):
  • Hourly Wage: $18 per hour (Based on 50 hours/week)
  • Annual Pay: $46,800
  • Assistant Manager (6 months):
  • Base Annual Salary: $52,000
  • KRA Bonuses: $5,400 annually ($450 per month)
  • Total Annual Compensation: $56,000
  • General Manager (After 1 year):
  • Base Annual Salary: $60,000
  • Weekly Prime Bonus: $12,012 annually ($231 per week)
  • Total Annual Compensation: $72,012

Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Foster a growth-minded culture.
  • Embrace and implement the Slice Factory Way.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of front-line staff.
  • Build strong coaching relationships and evaluate staff performance.
  • Develop future leaders within Slice Factory.
  • Communicate needs and ideas for improvement to the leadership team.

Front of the House:

  • Maintain top-notch customer service.
  • Ensure processes and checklists are followed.
  • Train and develop FOH staff.
  • Build relationships with customers and resolve issues efficiently.

Back of the House:

  • Achieve excellence in food quality and cleanliness.
  • Implement and follow BOH processes and checklists.
  • Train and develop BOH staff.
  • Manage the food budget effectively.

Finance, Reporting & More:

  • Create and manage store schedules.
  • Maintain labor budgets.
  • Analyze financial performance.
  • Strive to meet and exceed performance goals.

Job Summary

Are you an ambitious leader looking to fast-track your career in restaurant management?

Join Slice Factory as a General Manager in Training (GMIT). This 18-month program is designed to prepare you for the role of General Manager, offering hands-on experience and mentorship. You will learn to manage front-line employees, oversee our systems and processes, and embody the “ownership” mentality required to run a successful Slice Factory location. Upon successful completion, you have the potential to earn $70k per year as a General Manager.

Responsibilities

Leadership:

  • Cultivate a growth-minded culture within your team.
  • Fully embrace and implement the Slice Factory Way and Fly Wheel.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, train, reward, and if necessary, terminate front-line staff.
  • Communicate the Slice Factory Way consistently to all staff members.
  • Establish and maintain healthy coaching relationships with your team.
  • Analyze and evaluate the performance of front-line staff.
  • Develop future leaders within Slice Factory, including Team Leads and Assistant General Managers (AGMs).
  • Provide feedback and express ideas to improve location systems and processes to the leadership team.

Front of the House:

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and hospitality.
  • Ensure all processes, procedures, and checklists are followed and implemented.
  • Train and develop FOH staff to excel in their roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Resolve any customer issues promptly and effectively.

Back of the House:

  • Achieve excellence in food quality, waste reduction, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure all BOH processes, procedures, and checklists are followed and implemented.
  • Train and develop BOH staff to meet operational standards.
  • Maintain and manage the food budget efficiently.

Finance, Reporting & Other Areas:

  • Create and manage the store schedule.
  • Maintain and manage the labor budget.
  • Report and analyze the financial performance of your location.
  • Strive to meet and exceed the store’s performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in growing a location and in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in training and developing staff.
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional integrity and a positive, can-do attitude.
