The Assistant Director for Aquatics and Membership Services provides oversight, supervision, and management for operational and program areas of the department (aquatics, membership services, and pump room facility). This position works with the Associate Director for Campus Recreation and other Assistant Directors in creating a vision for the department and establishing strategic initiatives, goals, objectives, action plans and assessments. The Assistant Director provides input and direction on decisions concerning personnel, budget, equipment and / or aquatic maintenance to ensure the effective/efficient operation of Campus Recreation. This position works with stakeholders, faculty, staff, students, and the community to direct the programming of the campus recreation facilities.
