The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the general maintenance and grounds of UTC Campus Recreation's 20 acre Sports Complex. Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, performing preventative maintenance and repairs, developing scopes for projects, coordinating and overseeing work of contractors, preparing for events, and maintaining fields, landscape, and playing surfaces for intramural, club sports, and varsity competition. This position fosters and promotes a positive working relationship within the department and with campus partners.
