The Senior Maintenance Specialist within the One Call unit repairs and performs maintenance on all mechanical/electrical within the envelope of buildings and perimeter. One Call is responsible for answering and reacting to customers’ needs and concerns 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This is a specialty group whose primary focus is customer service by answering the One Call phone in a professional manner, interpreting customer’s needs, performing or facilitating necessary repairs with an excellent customer satisfaction outcome. This group performs any repairs required by customers to include lighting, ceilings, doors and hardware, restrooms, general plumbing, etc. The position requires the ability to follow all repairs through to completion including repairs that are performed by other Facilities Services units while maintaining contact with the customer keeping them informed of progress.
