Senior Project Manager - Facilities Services - UTK

The Construction Program Manager is responsible for up to 10 direct reports (project managers and estimators), manages operating budget for their area, and manages an annual project budget of $6-8 million, overseeing an average of 750 - 2,000 projects ranging in value from $2.5K to $2.5M. Key duties include managing project budgets and billing, collaborating with external design firms, contractors, and local/state municipalities to ensure successful project outcomes, and participating in design and construction team meetings. This position supports and reports directly to the Director of In-House Construction Services, stepping in during his absence as needed.
