Position Overview : As the critical point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a smooth flow of patient scheduling, and effectively managing patient financial accounts. We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Experience with dental reception, insurance estimates, and financial management is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Management :
Manage Accounts Receivables and Profit and Loss statements.
Facilitate payment collections, including patient co-pays and outstanding balances.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience from initial contact through post-treatment.
Coordinate patient schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal wait times.
