Pay Range: $26.00 to $28.00/hour
Oral Surgery Assistant Job Requirements:
A successful Oral Surgery Assistant will have the following skills and exhibit these behaviors:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of oral surgery experience
- Organizational and time management skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Previous work experience in a dental practice

Oral Surgery Assistant Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the surgeon with chairside procedures including operatory setup and clean up, tray set up and anesthesia administration
- Preparing and sterilizing surgical instruments, materials, and equipment
- Preparing patients for surgery and monitoring vitals
- Taking and developing x-rays
- Providing patients with excellent care including comprehensive patient education
- Other duties as assigned by management
