Role Overview
As a Paid Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and executing high-performing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, driving measurable results across search, shopping, and display. While your primary focus will be Google Ads, you’ll also play a key role in managing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of Paid Search strategy and execution, who can also contribute to the growth of our Paid Social service. Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as we value adaptability, innovation, and a data-driven approach to scaling campaigns efficiently.
The successful candidate will report to our Paid Media Director and help scale our paid media offerings.
Responsibilities
Your daily tasks include media planning, ad-buying, optimizing performance and reporting.
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research, selection, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ad spend and ROI
- Create compelling ad copy and test various versions to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Optimize budget effectively across campaigns to ensure optimal performance. Our clients typically have budgets between $30,000 and $1,000,000 per month.
- Helping clients understand performance by reporting in a holistic, informative way.
- Getting involved in client relationships and communication. Ensuring they're kept in the loop of exactly what we're doing to optimize their performance.
- Assisting with audits for new business pitches alongside our Paid Media Director.
Requirements
Who we’re looking for:
- 2 years experience working with Google ads and Meta Ads manager, ideally within a media agency setting or similar.
- Proven track record of successful PPC & paid social campaign management and optimization.
- Exposure to other platforms including but not limited to Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, Twitter, Spotify is preferable, but not essential.
- Analyzing accounts to achieve client objectives, while utilizing your knowledge, creativity, problem-solving and evaluation of results.
- Experience with numbers & data analysis, including strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, with ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Attribution, Google Data Studio & Google Tag Manager are all highly preferred, but aren’t essential.
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant certifications is a plus

Compensation Range: $63,000 - $76,500
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
The Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, a 401k, and paid time off for this role.

Salary : $63,000 - $76,500
