- Implement and maintain high standards of quality and service in all aspects of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items and specials.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
