We’re growing and looking for the perfect candidate to join our team, assisting with deals and transactions out in the field and in the office. This role is ideal for an agent that is looking to slow down their business and assist, while still being in the everyday life of Real Estate.
In this position, you’ll collaborate closely with a high-performing agent, supporting their efforts to serve both buyers and sellers. Your primary responsibility will be managing the day-to-day tasks involved in facilitating smooth transactions. You’ll guide buyers through the home-buying journey, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way. Responsibilities include showing homes, attending inspections, working with lenders, title companies, and other vendors, navigating buyers through the pre-approval process, and answering any questions they may have.
