Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote listings, utilizing various platforms and tools to reach target audiences.
- Stay informed about local real estate trends, property values, and market conditions to provide accurate information to clients.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients while adhering to real estate law and Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and property listings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, inspectors, and appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions.
Requirements
- Valid real estate license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and property management practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
