This position has a salary base and commission pay structure.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the General Manager, the Regional Sales Manager will strategically plan and supervise the Sales Department(s) to ensure positive sales and revenue generation in all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Regional Sales Manager, is responsible for directing and driving sales and growth in the Nevada/California store locations.
1. Developing strategic sales plans, goals and targets for the stores.
2. Conduct sales on a daily basis.
3. Providing continuous training to the sales staff in order to maximize sales efficiency and the company’s lead conversion rate.
4. Set and oversee Sales staff and KPI goals.
5. Diffuse and train on escalated situations to ensure customer retention, referral and satisfaction.
6. Maintaining a strategically organized showroom layout.
7. Provide input into successful marketing strategies for prospective customers.
8. Overseeing the proper use of company forms, and software technology systems.
9. Overseeing Point of Sale operations and procedures and general customer education.
10. Auditing the company’s competitors and their products in order to maintain the company’s competitive advantage.
11. Maintaining a strategic work schedule for the company’s sales staff.
12. Coordinating and directing bi-weekly sales meetings to discuss sales growth, new product, comparative sales, and sales projections, as well as any other relevant topics.
13. Review Big Ticket Pricing updates and train Sales team on Pricing Strategy.
14. Oversee and complete automated and personal lead distribution management
15. Develop and approve Phone Scripts for Sales and Service Dept. to create a consistent message that conveys the Company values and customer relationship philosophy.
16. Coordinating and directing monthly sales meetings, goals, customer service and sales projections, including tracking and accountability programs.
17. Work with management team on organizational strategies.
18. Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant field and 5 years direct experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of the Watkins Top Gun / All Stars Training program is preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
