Via Seating, well established furniture manufacturer of quality seating products, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Regional Sales Manager to take on the challenge of growing our business in our Northeastern Region through independent reps, dealers and A&D partners.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage all sales activities within the Northeastern region
- Grow business through independent reps, dealers and A&D partners
- Develop and execute growth initiatives to hit sales volume requirements for both commercial and GSA sectors.
- Work with the sales team to tell the Via story and ensure consistent representation of the Via brand
- Participate in team strategic planning to develop initiatives to drive top line growth
- Be willing to travel extensively within our Northeastern region.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in furniture sales management
- Has proven work ethic and track record as it pertains to key responsibilities outlined
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Has established relationships within the region
- Having knowledge of ergonomics and seating is a plus.
