A place for pampering and serenity in the heart of Wisconsin’s Northwoods. Join “The Spa” as a Receptionist to support clients and staff.
This seasonal full-time position is located in Manitowish Waters, WI.
Position Responsibilities
- Greet clients, show them to the waiting area and offer refreshments.
- Answer calls and handle walk-in inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
- Make appointments, cash clients out and set next appointments.
- Organize files for billing, customer and client records.
- Assist with laundry.
- Take inventory of all supplies and place orders accordingly.
- Follow all opening and closing procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to respond positively and respectfully with clients.
