What are the responsibilities and job description for the FCT Practitioner position at The Sparc Network?
We are actively hiring Qualified Behavioral Health Provider Staff in the Pine Bluff/ Jefferson County area to provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT). Starting pay is $48,000/Year Incentive Bonuses. Higher salaries with experience.
Qualified Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of accumulated experience working with children/adolescents in the mental health field AND a Bachelors degree in Human Services (Psychology, Sociology, other).
Our business office can confirm if you qualify. No FCT experience is necessary. Higher salary with prior FCT experience. FCT Practitioners who complete their FCT certification within 6 months will receive a $1500 bonus, within 1 year will receive a $1000 bonus.
