**About the Role**
The Spear Group is seeking an experienced project manager to support a cutting-edge industry facility build and scale up during the project team's 2nd shift.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multi-billion dollar build projects on the owner's side as an owner's rep, overseeing all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
**Requirements**
A bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 7 years of experience in project management are required. Proven working experience in project management, handling project scope, design, time, cost, quality, and risk is essential.
