Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Clover or other systems.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and indian offerings.
- Inspect food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Able to serve the guest
- Able to learn bartending and serve as well
- The Candidate applying for this position will be expected to learn about Indian cuisine
- To monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards, sanitize tables, utensils, and service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently while handling basic math calculations.
- Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures regarding guest services and hospitality.
- Able to help prepare order for the outgoing sales
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, particularly in fine dining establishments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with Indian food terms and kitchen operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software such as Clover is desirable but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
