Responsibilities
- Prepare, administer, and document medications: You will be responsible for preparing, administering, and documenting medications for residents in our long-term care facilities.
- Maintain resident records: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
- Ensure proper medication disposal: You will follow health campus policies and procedures regarding the disposal of medications.
Requirements
- Certified License for QMA or CMA: You must have a certified license for Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA).
- Experience: Experience as a QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting is preferred.
- Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
