Job Description:

As an LPN, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assess patients, develop treatment plans, and administer medications.

Requirements:

• A valid LPN license prior to hire date
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire date
• High school diploma or equivalent
