Job Description
Your position is critical to the satisfaction of our residents and to our mission of helping people Live Life to its Fullest. As Concierge you are accountable for assuring that all services for residents are effectively executed. You will work in coordination with all departments to coordinate services and support for residents. This specific position will be working closely with our Resident Relations Director to support our Independent Living Residents.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greets all visitors - residents, families, vendors and staff - with a smile and by name, when possible
- Manages all concierge services
- Work closely with transportation team to schedule and coordinate outings and events
- Schedules and maintains room reservations calendar for events and guest rooms.
- Schedules salon appointments when salon is closed
- Delivers packages to residents
- Responds to all Independent Living emergencies
- Works at front desk as reception to cover breaks, and assist when needed
- Preforms other duties as assigned
You are an ideal candidate if you have a minimum of 1-year of experience as a Receptionist or Concierge and have well-established computer skills including proficiency with Excel and Word. Also essential is the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and maintain calm and composure during periods of high stress.

Additional Job Information:
This is a part time position, with a schedule of 16 hours a week
This position will spend half of the scheduled hours working closely with our Resident Relations Director and the other half at the concierge desk
Schedule: Tuesday or Thursday 9am-5pm or Tuesday and Thursday 10am-2pm and Friday 8am-4:30pm
