The Business Office Manager assists the Executive Director in assuring that all operational guidelines, standards of the company, and the quality assurance goals are met.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, staff and vendors by cultivating quality relationships
- Fulfill Human Resource / Payroll responsibilities at the community level - payroll, offboarding, training & employee morale
- Provide financial and system support to Executive Director and staff through accounting systems, cash management, budget review and invoice approvals
- Directly supervise the 24hr Concierge and Reception teams
- Assures a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality, by recruiting, hiring, scheduling, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees
