Position Overview
The Springs Carman Oaks is looking for a Full Time, Tuesday - Saturday, Life Enrichment Assistant who’s not just interested in planning activities but is passionate about transforming them into memorable experiences. Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging events including educational events, exercise, outings, arts and crafts, holiday festivities, and more
- Partner with residents and team members to create collaborative, resident-centered programs
- Encourage participation with empathy, patience, and enthusiasm
- Prepare and serve snacks, adding warmth and care to each gathering
- Assist with transportation to and from community events
Qualifications
- Experience with seniors or Memory Care (dementia) experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Must pass pre-employment background check
