- Position Available : Wound Care / Treatment Nurse / Medical Records
- Responsibilities :
- Qualifications :
- RN preferred, LTC experience required, Wound Care experience required
- If an LPN, wound care certification is required
- Key Duties :
- Administer and document treatments
- Communicate resident status to other healthcare professionals
- Assess resident reactions to medications and treatments
- Collaborate with the DON and / or other licensed personnel on dermatological disorders
- Plan and develop skin care treatments
- Initiate requests for consults and referrals as needed
