- LPNs who can contribute to patient assessments in collaboration with Registered Nurses

**Qualifications:**
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- High school diploma or GED
