Wild Finch is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in restaurant operations, leadership, and hospitality especially in opening new restaurants . You will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining high standards in service, operations, and restaurant culture.
Where You Can Make an Impact :
Lead all aspects of restaurant operations , including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and service execution.Drive a successful restaurant opening , ensuring all systems, training, and operations are effectively established.Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team.Implement and maintain best practices in service, hospitality, and guest experience to exceed expectations.Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure profitability and efficiency.Foster strong communication between the front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Collaborate with leadership to enhance menu offerings, operational strategies, and team performance.Why Wild Finch?

What Sets You Apart :
Experience :
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager , General Manager, or Assistant Manager in a high-volume setting.Hands-on experience in opening a new restaurant , including hiring, training, and operational setup.Skills & Knowledge :
