Wild Finch is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in restaurant operations, leadership, and hospitality especially in opening new restaurants . This is an opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at team leadership, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining high standards in service, operations, and restaurant culture.

Where You Can Make an Impact :

  • Lead all aspects of restaurant operations , including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and service execution.
  • Drive a successful restaurant opening , ensuring all systems, training, and operations are effectively established.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team.
  • Implement and maintain best practices in service, hospitality, and guest experience to exceed expectations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Foster strong communication between the front-of-house and kitchen teams for seamless service.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance menu offerings, operational strategies, and team performance.

    What Sets You Apart :

    Experience :

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager , General Manager, or Assistant Manager in a high-volume setting.
  • Hands-on experience in opening a new restaurant , including hiring, training, and operational setup.
  • Skills & Knowledge :

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, staffing, and service standards.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a positive restaurant culture that fosters teamwork and excellence.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in restaurant technology, POS systems, and reporting tools.
