Detailed Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment following approved nursing techniques.
- Ensure residents' charts are up-to-date and accurately reflect their condition.
- Monitor residents' vital signs, observing for any deviations from normal and assessing their overall condition.
- Notify relevant parties of changes in residents' behavior, medications, or health conditions.
- Modify care plans, care directives, Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and Aide flow sheets in response to residents' changing needs.
- Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in skilled nursing or Long-term Care environment preferred.
