- Client Engagement
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and implement technology solution sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their evolving technology needs
- Technology Solutions
- Analyze client technology needs to recommend upgrades, replacements, consolidations, competitive pricing, emerging technologies, and optimal vendor selections
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends to bring innovative solutions to clients
- Sales Excellence
- Maintain activities, client interactions, and overall pipeline visibility in our HubSpot CRM
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure technology solutions and service agreements
- Collaborate with leadership to exceed goals & contribute to SpyGlass’ growth strategy
- Make financially responsible business decisions
- Lead technology solution sales opportunities across all stages of the SpyGlass client lifecycle
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals established by management
- 7 years of proven expertise in telecom, networking, and wireless technologies
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor negotiation, account consolidation, and technology upgrades
- Established relationships with carriers, Master Agents, and technology vendors
- Proven ability to manage high-volume projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and engage with clients
- Comfortable leading and managing virtual meetings
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Can make decisions autonomously
- Motivated by attaining quantifiable company revenue goals
