Overview
Our client has an immediate need for a CLEARED Cloud System Administrator in their Omaha, NE location. In this role, you will act as liaison between the client and their operations teams for support and escalations. .
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with a TS / SCI Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks.
- Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime.
- Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.
- Provide customer onboarding tracking and provisioning assignments.
- Utilize continuous monitoring tools to monitor for service interruptions / alerts / outages and report to key stakeholders.
