Overview
Our client is an award winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have an immediate need for a Data Analyst to work a hybrid schedule at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI. In this role, you will conduct in-depth data analysis and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders while actively participating in key meetings, forums, and working groups, facilitating discussions when PACAF is the lead. This role is based in Hawaii, and candidates must have the ability to travel to events up to 40% of the time.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed data analysis and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Meeting Participation & Facilitation: Engage in key meetings, forums, and working groups, facilitating discussions when PACAF is the lead.
- Presentation & Material Development: Coordinate, consolidate, and develop reports, presentations, and other meeting materials for decision-making.
- Business Transformation & Strategy Implementation: Support strategy and policy execution for a 180,000 person enterprise.
- Governance & Documentation Management: Maintain Air Force governance and programmatic documents to ensure consistency in installation support services across bases.
- Transformation Analysis & Recommendations: Assess transformation requirements and provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Organizational Change Management: Support change initiatives and drive policy and program integration efforts.
- External Evaluation: Analyze and assess the work of external organizations to ensure alignment with Air Force Civil Engineer Transformation objectives.
Qualifications
- Associate's or equivalent degree in business or data analytics
- Basic understanding of Pacific AOR
- Understanding of PowerBI, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel/Microsoft Suite
- Experience identifying gaps in priorities, proposing new initiatives and providing insights to drive change
- Ability to organize and find creative methods to centralize and present data effectively
- Experience synthesizing diverse data sets, mission areas, and operational imperatives to enhance collaboration
- Experience drafting policy documents and providing guidance to implement recommendations effectively
- Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
- W2 Hourly rate: $64 - $69. Rate is based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and is subject to change at any time.
