Overview
Our direct client of more than 20 years is a prestigious Federal Integrator who provides a pioneering vision to the Federal Government through bold ideas and outcomes by accelerating digital process automation. They have a contract opportunity for a REMOTE Oracle Utilities Application Developer to support a Federal Agency based in Washington, DC. As an Oracle Utilities Application Developer, you will provide direct, hands-on support for the production of the Power Billing application at a wholesale energy company. The ideal candidate is a seasoned subject matter expert in the Oracle Utilities Billing component v1.6.x, proficient in reading and debugging customization code written in Rules Language, and capable of developing enhancements to existing functionality.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens and be able to pass the client’s background requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience with the following:
- Oracle Utilities
- PL/SQL programming language
- Pro *C programming language
- Excellent communication and business relationship skills

- W2 Hourly rate: $55 - $61. Pay rates are based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications, and are subject to change at any time.
