Project Scope/Details/Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and support of solutions for HR processes.
- Coordinate and perform system testing and assist users with acceptance testing.
- Support the configuration, integration, and maintenance of our Oracle HCM system.
- Interact with staff, vendor managed services team, and vendor technical support.
- Prepare procedural manual and documentation for system users.
- Supports system upgrades and perform acceptance tests for new systems and modifications to existing systems.
- Assist with technical questions regarding HCM and collaborate with operational teams with escalated issues/tickets.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with IT and impacted business users.
- Participate as project team member in systems and data-related projects.
- Assist in development of management standard and custom reports, and support data analysis, research, and reporting.
- Performs modifications and development of workflows, and runs ad-hoc queries and reports,

Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour
