Job Summary: The role of Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Job Responsibilities:

Separate and wash/dry all laundry and linens
-
Properly treat and remove stains
-
Iron linens/sheets
-
Fold and sort all laundry
-
Maintain a tidy and clean workplace
-
Track all laundry to ensure it is returned to whom it belongs
-
Perform minor sewing duties as needed
-
Anticipate and respond to customers queries, concerns and complaints
-
Maintain the inventory level of needed supplies
-
Clean lint traps of equipment
-
Prepare the machines for daily service
-
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
-
Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs

Previous experience in a related field preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
