Description
Job Summary: The role of Activities Attendant is responsible for interacting amongst members and guest of the beach club while inciting a sense of community through club activities. The Activities Attendant is expected to oversee and execute daily events and activities that are inclusive of all ages throughout the property.
Job Responsibilities:

Facilitating daily, weekly, and monthly events to encourage socialization, relaxation, and recreation

Implementing activities that accommodate those with special needs.

Observing participants at events gauge their enjoyment and obtain their feedback to improve events
-
Reporting medical concerns or observations
-
Providing participants with instructions for the event
-
Adhering to and enforcing all safety procedures
-
Oversee the child game room
-
Conduct and oversee general daily activities
-
Plan execute special holiday events
-
Participate in cross-functional team activities to improvise activity programs
-
Monitor and manage activity program equipment, materials, and supplies
-
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
-
Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job related needs

Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in basic English

Hands-on customer service experience preferred

Previous experience in a related position preferred
