The Staff Pad has partnered with a Technology company in Houston, Texas looking to add an Executive Assistant / Facilities Manager to the team. We are seeking a motivated Executive Assistant / Facilities Manager to support senior leadership and ensure smooth facility operations. This is a full-time, exempt, on-site role based in Houston, TX, providing administrative support to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and the Executive Director of Implementation. Responsibilities : Provide executive support by managing schedules, travel, and meeting coordination. Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents. Facilitate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks. Handle confidential information with discretion. Oversee office operations, including vendor management, facility maintenance, and repairs. Manage facility expenditures, assist in budget planning, and supervise the facilities receptionist. Requirements Requirements : Bachelor’s degree preferred. 5 years of experience in executive assistance and / or facilities management. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
