The Staff Pad has partnered with MNRC to deliver exceptional restoration services across the nation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify potential clients through strategic outreach and engagement, securing property inspections and nurturing ongoing client relationships to drive business growth.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline, following up on leads, qualifying opportunities, and managing all stages of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying sales opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals effectively, meeting and exceeding individual and team goals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish trust and credibility with clients, becoming their go-to resource for storm damage related services and solutions, consistently delivering 5-star experiences.
- Maintain and Grow Client Opportunities: Serve as an end-to-end client point of contact, ensuring successful project completion and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Post-Sale Support: Address any issues or challenges that arise post-sale, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product and Market Expertise
- Understand MNRC's Offerings: Continuously educate yourself on MNRC's services, products, and solutions, effectively communicating their value to clients.
- Adapt with Market Trends: Participate in training to stay up-to-date with industry developments and market conditions, identifying opportunities for growth and improving service offerings.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work with Project Management and Operations Teams: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to deliver services to clients, from initial contract through project completion.
- Provide Client Feedback: Share valuable insights with internal teams to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to Team Effectiveness: Actively participate in team meetings, sharing best practices and lessons learned to drive team success.
Reporting and Administration
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets in CRM systems.
