**Job Summary:**
The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Supervisor in the Sterile Processing department. As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the success of the department by implementing the organization's mission, vision, values, and goals.
Daily Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of daily sterile processing operations, ensuring high-quality care outcomes and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Staff Management:
- Supervise and monitor staff performance, providing guidance and coaching to enhance professional growth and development.
- Hire, evaluate, and discipline staff members as needed.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, such as DNV, OSHA, and other governing bodies.
- Collaborate with perioperative leadership to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Quality Improvement Initiatives:
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and efficiency.

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in sterile processing required; 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
