- Manage and develop a high-performing team of sterile processing professionals.
- Collaborate with perioperative leadership to drive quality improvement initiatives.
A strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills, ability to manage quality, service excellence, financial performance, and people management is essential for this role. Certification in sterile processing and a Bachelor's degree are also required.
