Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, such as DNV, OSHA, and other governing bodies.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and efficiency.
- Provide guidance to the clinical team in evaluating workflow and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with perioperative leadership to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in sterile processing, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Certification in sterile processing, which must be maintained.
