**Job Title:** Supervisor - Sterile Processing
The Staff Pad has partnered with a client in Montana who has a vision to be the gold standard for Healthcare.
We are seeking a qualified professional to support the organization's mission by overseeing daily operations of the sterile processing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all aspects of daily sterile processing operations, ensuring high-quality care outcomes and regulatory compliance.
- Oversight of staff management, including hiring, performance evaluations, discipline, and professional development.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, such as DNV, OSHA, and other governing bodies.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and efficiency.
- Provide guidance to the clinical team in evaluating workflow and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with perioperative leadership to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial management of the department.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in sterile processing required; 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Certification in sterile processing required (must be maintained).
