Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Use Microsoft Excel to create, maintain, and update spreadsheets, track data, and generate reports.
Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, both physical and digital.
Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and other materials as required.
Handle inventory management and order office supplies as needed.
Support the team with organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
Perform basic data entry and assist with various office-related projects.
Ensure that the office is well-organized, clean, and ready for daily operations.
