The Office Coordinator will be responsible for all office duties, ensuring all QuickBooks entries and transactions are completed daily and utilizing Microsoft Office programs. Follows all company policies.
Responsibilities :
Supporting operations and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies. Research and complete contracts. Create correspondence. Reply to all inquiries in a timely manner. Maintain professionalism at all times. Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Utilize Quickbooks to maintain up-to-date information. Utilize Microsoft Office programs to manage information and data. Maintain customer files. Help resolve any AR discrepancies. Handle HR issues and process payroll. Process and resolve customer issues. Work cohesively as a team. Communicate effectively. Utilize office equipment. Maintain files. Ensure all reports are completed and filed in a timely manner. Maintaining relationships with customers and clients. All other duties as assigned.
Previous experience in a similar role for at least 5 years is required. Ability to operate office equipment to include : printers, copiers, fax, computer, etc. Previous experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required. Ability to utilize a computer for the majority of the shift. Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to work both independently and as a team. Ability to get work completed accurately and in a timely manner. Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations.
