Avionics Electronic Technician
Salary : $26 / hour (depending on experience)
Location : Wichita, KS 67209
Industry : Aviation
Shifts : Typically 2nd Shift, M-F, 3pm-11 : 30pm
Employment Type : Long term contract with potential for fulltime employment
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in avionics troubleshooting.
- Typically 1 year of aircraft electrical / mechanical experience or 2 years electrical avionics technical school with certificate or equivalent military / vendor training (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and repair manuals.
- MUST own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory & control of tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status.
- Possess basic PC skills
