Job Responsibilities :
Delivers accurate and timely welfare benefits administrative support to internal / external stakeholders, including employees, managers, HR community and third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to Total Rewards procedures and processes and compliance with all benefits-related policy and procedures.Includes maintenance of benefits related systems and delivery of information (i.e. for new hires, transfers and exiting employees).Counsel employees / HR and administer US leaves and accommodations (disability, FML, ADA, etc.) with third-party vendor.Review / reconcile invoices from all vendors and submit for payment. Audit and fund bi-weekly deductions for FSA, HSA, DFSA, pet / home / auto insurance.Review and correct employee pay slip simulations weekly (on / off cycle payrolls).Utilize the HelloHR system to track and assist employees, managers and HRBPs by responding timely with accurate information or directing to applicable resources.With regular cadence : 1) Facilitate meetings with HRBPs; 2) Conduct benefits onboarding meetings for new hires; and 3) Meet with third-party vendors to optimize utilization and ensure proper administration.Provides input and ideas to improve transactional, and administrative process efficiencies.Assumes ownership for performance against objectives for areas of responsibility.Interacts and works closely with HRBPs on concerns that relate to, but are not limited to, leave / PTO / benefits / COBRA / policies.Job Requirements :
