Key Responsibilities :

• Building Operations & Maintenance : Operate and adjust controls for safe and efficient system performance.
• Leadership : Direct and coordinate maintenance staff to uphold building integrity and address issues proactively.
• Compliance : Ensure OSHA and environmental regulations are met while promoting a safe working environment.
• Tenant Services : Provide exceptional service, troubleshoot issues, and maintain positive tenant relations.
• Emergency Response : React quickly to building emergencies, ensuring safety and system recovery.
• Technical Excellence : Inspect, repair, and optimize HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
