Department: Reservations
Reports To: Director of Revenue Management
Key Relationships: Internal (Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Accounting), External (Guests/Visitors)

Overview:
The Reservations Agent provides courteous, prompt service, managing guest room reservations, changes, cancellations, and information requests.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process reservations efficiently, using correct procedures and maintaining departmental standards.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, resolving complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Stay informed about hotel services, room layouts, availability, rates, and promotions.
- Maintain workstation organization and handle equipment properly.
- Accurately input reservations, verify details, assign confirmation numbers, and manage special requests.
- Facilitate group bookings, update group room blocks, and manage cut-off dates.
- Compile reports, manage waitlists, and assist with promotional offers.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering unique, memorable experiences.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (vocational training in hospitality preferred).
- Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize, work under minimal supervision, and uphold guest confidentiality.
- Relevant experience as a Reservation Agent or in guest relations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
