Customer Relations Representative Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports
