Job Summary
The Loan Servicing Processor II ensures smooth loan file management, document production, and reporting by coordinating between Loan Servicing, Closing, Loan Participation, and Watchlist teams. You will manage a variety of tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, balancing multiple deadlines while providing support to different teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Prioritize and process loan files, customer reports, and time-sensitive projects.
- Act as a back-up during high-volume periods, supporting teams with complex transactions.
- Oversee file and record storage, including both physical and electronic organization.
- Process incoming mail, checks, and handle deposits and journal entries.
- Develop training programs for new team members and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Ability to work onsite 2-3 times per week is a requirement of the role. *
- Ability to handle physical loan files weighing up to 30 pounds is a requirement of the role. *
Skills and Background You'll Need
Must-Haves
Associate- 's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a dynamic office environment, preferably in accounting or systems reconciliation.
- Strong self-motivation and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred
- Experience in loan servicing or closing operations.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
22.96 - 30.77Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
