Upon joining our team, you'll undergo a comprehensive onboarding process, equipping you with specialized skills. We'll teach you to convert leads from channel partners into appointments, conduct impactful seller consultations, and navigate complex real estate contracts. Our aim is to have you in production within weeks. Post-onboarding, our training continues with multiple weekly sessions covering roleplays, listing appointment strategies, closing techniques, and more – available both in-person and via Zoom.
Your Responsibilities :
- Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
- Draft residential purchase and listing agreements for clients.
- Conduct thorough property evaluations and create compelling listing presentations.
- Provide responsive and attentive support to your clients.
- Maintain precise records in all systems and CRMs, collaborating with channel partners.
