This is a responsible, independent position on the Support Services Team for the Wichita Assistance Center in Wichita that provides administrative support for the manager and management team, and Revenue Recovery. The associate must be able to work independently, have good judgement, be self-motivated, sustain a good attitude, and maintain a professional demeanor. Produces correspondence for special events including collection letters and various notifications. Processes all personnel transactions for the manager and team associates, creates reports and office handbook, manages building needs (housekeeping/security), prepares purchase requests in SMART, prepares IT request, prepares and processes vouchers, processes expenditures in SMART, make travel arrangements for in state travel, creates travel reimbursements, maintain and track office equipment including adding new employees to equipment, participates in meetings, maintain and track Wichita office vehicles including tag renewal, logs, invoices, and maintenance, maintains and updates statistical information on spreadsheets, maintains records and reports for budgetary information, orders supplies on-line through SMART and distributes supplies, maintains records and reports expenses associated with assets seizures, ensuring that expenses are paid timely and that reimbursements are properly made, recorded and appropriate adjustment are made to Revenue Recovery Bureau budget. Fully trained in a teamwork environment with continuing opportunity to grow. This position is eligible to be home-based position a few days a week and a few day in the Wichita Office once trained. KDOR will provide all equipment, however employee is responsible for home office workstation. Candidates working from home must have access to stable high speed internet services with download/upload and latency speeds to support our systems.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications: Two years of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Preferred Experience: Prefer at least one year's experience creating documents in Word, or Word Perfect, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills preferred Ability to deal with people in an impartial manner, retain self-control in stressful situations; establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, professionals and fellow employees.
Preferred Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, grammar, spelling, proofreading, editing, and attention to detail.
Post-Offer, Pre-employment Requirements: KBI and FBI fingerprint required due to access to Federal Tax Information files in KDOR systems and due to the position, which may come into contact with sensitive Criminal History Record Information.
