About us:
Come grow with us! The Oklahoma Forensic Center (OFC) located in Vinita, OK is a 24 hour/365 day secure inpatient forensic facility that provides jail competency services for the State of Oklahoma. Currently, OFC has 268 beds for consumers who have been found incompetent for adjudication or adjudicated as Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity. OFC is expanding with construction scheduled to be completed in June 2025 adding an additional 84 beds. When completed, OFC will have a total of 352 beds to house consumers.
About the Position:
Embark on an exciting journey as the Director of Pharmacy Services at the Oklahoma Forensic Center (OFC) in Vinita, Oklahoma. In this dynamic role, you will perform professional level work in the management of a facility pharmacy dispensing a large variety of pharmaceutical items, medical and surgical supplies, and equipment to that facility and other system facilities on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for Pharmacy being in compliance with all Accrediting Organization standards (JCAHO, HCFA, etc.)
Job Type/Salary:

- Hourly rate: $60.09, Annual: $125,000.00
- Primary Working Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
- FLSA Status: Exempt
- Primary Work Location/Department: Oklahoma Forensic Center, Vinita

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a valid license to practice pharmacy in the State of Oklahoma plus four years of experience as a pharmacist; or a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences plus one year of experience as a pharmacist and a valid license to practice pharmacy in the State of Oklahoma or a Master’s degree in Pharmacy Administration for two years of the required experience.
Special Requirements:
- Applicant must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
- Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated
with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
